CranioSacral Therapy
Specializing in this invaluable and powerful therapy, I have completed over 200 hours in training and education. The CranioSacral System surrounds, nourishes, and directly influences the development and performance of the spinal cord and brain. In my practice, I have found that there are many types of injury, illness or physical/emotional disorders that can benefit from CST. I often use this therapy in conjunction with my therapeutic massage work. An imbalance in the system itself can cause any number of sensory, motor or neurological disabilites. For newborns through adults, CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle method of detection and correction that encourages your own natural mechanisms to dissipate the negative effects of physical and/or emotional stress on your central nervous system. This type of therapy carried out in the delivery room or within the first few days of life could potentially reduce a wide variety of difficulties many of which might not become apparant until the child is in school.
